Prepared and delivered fleet reliability reports on prototype fuel cells to management and customers.

Operated spare part failure analysis clinic, ran root cause failure analysis investigations. Implemented Weibull analysis of life statistical methods. Worked closely with both commercial & military test customers and led subcontracted engineering in coordinating all upgrades, modifications & maintenance to ensure test systems were operational and capable to meet Jet Engine Test, both military and commercial, requirements.

Provided expert international leadership on all technical issues related to the FT8 25 & 50 MW Industrial Gas Turbine Power Pack and Twin Pack Powerplants. Resolved customer construction and operation problems by traveling extensively to customer sites in support of root cause analyses. Managed budgets, schedules, and personnel during failure investigations, field overhauls, repairs, and upgrades. Maintained fleet reliability statistics, performed weibull analysis of life studies, used studies to stock and prepare for preventive maintenance activities. Wrote and maintained project engineering drawings, product Manuals, Service Bulletins, Field Notes, and Industrial Retrofits; and published and implemented them. Created chapters for and maintained Illustrated Parts Catalogs for accuracy and timeliness. Created and resolved construction punch lists, performed heavy field maintenance of capital equipment; turbines, generators, electrical power distribution & computerized equipment control systems. Maintained site construction drawings. Maintained technical history, overhaul history, and installation history of installed capital equipment. U.S.Coast Guard

Patrolled from the gulf of Mexico to the gulf of Maine, performed search and rescues and boarded arrested and prosecuted drugs smugglers on the high seas. Expert seaman, pilot, navigator, and law enforcement officer, over 500 search and rescue cases, over 100 lives saved. Supervised crews in operation and preventive maintenance of main and auxiliary ship and boat engineering equipment on shore and at sea. Equipment included diesel and gas turbine engines, HVAC systems, boilers, steam turbines, refrigeration, electrical power distribution and control equipment, distillation plants, pumps, valves, piping and equipment, generators, cranes, winches, hydraulic systems, outboard engines, and more. Participated and led operation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities in all conditions and extremes.
